frolix: Ah, corporate America.  We too only get X number of dollars to cover raises for every person at our plant.  The total is divvied up between everyone, supposedly the highest percentage going to the best workers.  We don't get ours until April, so I don't know at this point how much it will be. It's important not to give the worker bees too much raise though.  First, it makes them greedy and second, that money would take away from the doubling of the raises expected by the CEO's.  You know, multi-million dollar salaries each year just don't go as far as they used to. -frolix
