I second the notion for gulf telephone.  Particularly their internet department.   Anybody that lays off 12 people at Christmas time is a sucky company in my opinion.   

My brother in law had lots of problems using their DSL to work from home.    He paid them extra money a month for a static IP to get around their misconfiguration of the DSL and then a year later slap him with a letter saying that all static IP accounts are going up.   I think he went from paying $40/mo to over $100/mo in one week because he had more than one static.   That's screwed up!   To have to pay extra to get around problems they caused.   Isn't there a new web provider coming to baldwin county?   Somebody from orange beach or something?
