Welll... everytime my computer tried to blow seductively into my ear, I recieved an electronic shock. But I did put in a popup today that is very outlook 2k3 ish. The original creator of this open source forum solution has something like it on his site but is keeping it super-secret and not sharing the magic. I figured it out, though.
