frolix: On Welcome to Programmers Anonymous, I see a new post made last night 03/09 by Void but I'm unable to find it. I see a total of six of six pages but his isn't on it (as far as I can tell). Also, I've just discovered “Tree View” versus “Flat View”. Flat View obviously I understand. Please explain exactly how the other works. Replies to specific posts are listed under that specific post but must be opened? Which posts display open when you enter the thread? I'm a little confused. (No comments please.) :confused: -frolix
Frolix, my friend, that's been buggin' the crap out of me too - I just haven't gotten into the code to see why it's doing that. You also notice, that clicking on page 6 in the list does absolutely no good. I see the problem just need to fix it. Should be resolved tomorrow.
About the treeview, it can be alittle misleading. Let's say you were to reply to this message in this thread. If you then viewed this thread in treeview, your reply to this message would appear as a branch beneath this message.
If someone then replied to your original thread message, that would appear under your original message and not beneath this one. (assuming they hit the reply or quote button next to your original message) Does that make sense?
