but you're talking about the replies to those threads, right?  Having it so that the latest reply is on the top of page1 and not the last, right?

When you say topics are we talking forums or threads?  Did you see the hot forums thing and is that what you had in mind?

I've been spending some time to make the forum autoresize author pictures when they're uploaded.  I have the code in place and as soon as I do a little more testing I'll turn it live.
