V01D: I would just submit it to Google and post it on area websites. Word-of-mouth is the best way to advertise websites like these in my correct opinion. I've been pointing all the ppls from the area that I know to this site. So far, all 2 of them are visiting the site now semi-regularly.
I appreciate that effort, by the way. 2 more people means a 50% increase in the user base! (j/k- sorta)
