The Mobile City council stepping in on the Carnival Cruise line is a mistake. Dow finally screws up and strikes a deal bringing business to Mobile and the City council insist are getting their stink on the deal.
The whole lot is nothing but a bunch of fools.

they will fold over and let carnival in. they just want their names in the paper. the mobile city council will let carnival set up shop at city hall before the end of it all.

Many of the employees will come from other ports, will they not?
