Who okayed a permit for 404 W 4th St (going west on Windmill Ridege, make a left as soon as you cross the bridge) in GS??  That has to be totally illegal.  Drive past there.  The house will be on a curve on pilings about the size of a large great room.  If some idiot comes flying around the curve but fails to make it, will the pilings hold?  How did they get they get approved??? There must have been some greasing somewhere.  Setbacks use to be 30 feet off the road, LOL,  they would be in the canal if they did that.  Just go look, then let me know who issued that permit.
