Had to whallop one the nastier of the rattlers three times with a brush axe to take him out ...

Now that is one nasty snake!

Poor baby.  ;)

Been a busy weekend for me, too,Viper - although not in the selfless, productive way yours has been.  It was all about me me me...cause that's just the way I am.

Went to the beach and got a little sun, took a passle of toddlers picnicking and going to see ScoobyDoo (ugh), caught up with a friend in visiting from Birmingham, took the dogs hiking, and soon I'm going out to lunch with my best friend and then to see a decent (non-child) movie: The Alamo.

It was so wonderful to see the rain this morning and I hear rumblings like it might not be over yet.  I hate it for the little Easter-egg-hunters, but love it for the thirsty outdoors.

Happy Easter to everyone!  Be safe, have fun.

I feel good also.  I got up early this morning to the sound of thunder, rushed thru my morning coffee and planted my garden.  It was sprinkling pretty well by the time I dropped the last seeds in the pre prepared rows and headed for the house.  I guess you could say it rained or at least sprinkled very hard for a couple of hours, but not what I hoped for.  My investment in seeds will take a downturn if Stapleton doesn't get some of the rain that fell all around us.  Still, I feel good 'cause I know it can't stay dry forever like it did in March.

Viper, I was driving home last night about 8:30 when eleven bikers passed me headed South on 59/31 in Stapleton.  I wondered if you were with them because you had mentioned you were going to be riding.  Were you in the group?

Frolix, was the movie Alamo good?  And do you ever hear from Viola anymore?

Gosh it's good to have a forum.  And this one is sooo cool.

Well, we missed the time for the showing of the Alamo so went to see the Ben Affleck film instead - which was surprisingly good!  I generally don't like romantic comedies, but I *DO* like to look at Ben Affleck, and especially since I knew that J-Lo dies in the first fifteen minutes, I figured I might could watch it. It was a very sweet film, happy, with the cutest little girl I just wanted to eat her with a spoon.  I still want to see The Alamo though...I understand this is the first film that accurately portrays what actually happened  instead of the standard fable of what happened.

And no, Lady Vi decided I was too classless and tawdry to associate with any more, go figure.  (”Classless and tawdry!  Moi?”)

The products that louis vuitton outlet is countless, such as: purses, bags, handbags, shoes, belt. Even the same kind of product includes the products for women, the products for men, for summer-day use, for winter-day use.So, it is probably far beyond your imagination.I am so confused that I don,t even know where to buy the louis vuitton Handbags. Because I can prefer to chose the fashionable design, favorable price, top service .
