I'm so sorry, y'all. Blame it on this computer (strikes monitor soundly, shakes painful hand) but it freezes up every thirty minutes or so, has no spell check, doesn't have MS Word and is slower than I am to turn down food.
Because of all the above, I raced home to see if Anomaly had created the “...fiction” forum and never thought to look at this one first when I saw it. I posted under Last CC and later found that you had chosen The Long Ride, which is a better title. I've e-mailed Anomaly privately and asked him to change the title of my thread if he can and suggested that if it's too much trouble to change it we could start a new one named The Long Ride and Those of us who have posted could (in order of their appearence) copy/paste to it then abandon the one I started.
Let's wait for Anomaly to answer before taking that action, but don't wait to post your contribution to the story. Let nothing slow you down from that, by any means.
