Ya'll help me out on this ..

On the TV show Fear Factor , which I would like at this point to say I don't watch , I was told of a man who sued the network airing the show for 2.5 million because the contestants ate rats and it made him vomit...

Ok, I can understand the vomit thing,, but how is it that someone can legally sue for watching a program they don't HAVE to watch? I mean , all the guy has to do is push a button on the remote and he's watching something else .. Hopefully something of a more human nature.. Notice I say Human not humane.. although humane would certainly also come into play in this instance..

I just flat out don't understand the human race anymore.:confused:
